This experience has been carefully designed to reflect the core philosophy and values of the Real Madrid Foundation. It places equal emphasis on technical excellence, personal development and education through sport, creating an environment where young players are encouraged to grow both on and off the pitch. Every element of the programme is rooted in the Foundation’s methodology, using football as a tool to instil discipline, respect, teamwork and self-belief.

Participants will train in a world-class football environment while being immersed in the culture and heritage of Madrid. Beyond refining their technical and tactical abilities, players will be challenged to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, develop independence and form meaningful connections with teammates from different backgrounds. Through cultural experiences, shared moments and international exposure, this journey is designed to create lifelong memories and a deeper understanding of football as a global language that unites people across cultures.

The Spanish football experience is the gateway for international football teams and players to learn the Real Madrid Foundation methodology at the headquarters.

What’s Included in the Experience

    • 3 training sessions at Real Madrid City, the official training facilities of Real Madrid CF and its Academy. These training sessions are conducted by Real Madrid Foundation coaches from Spain.

    • 3 friendly matches against local Spanish teams

    • Additional sports team-building activities for players

    • Attendance at a La Liga Real Madrid match for all players and coaches
      (Family tickets will be requested; however, they cannot be guaranteed due to high demand).

    • Visit to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and Museum

    • Guided cultural tours of Madrid and iconic landmarks

    • One full-day special leisure surprise experience

    • Extra cultural activities and visits included for adults

    • Accommodation in a 4-star superior hotel located in the center of Madrid

    • Return flights are included

    • Full board for players and half board for families/parents

    • All local transportation included throughout the program
