Real Madrid Foundation Football Clinics

We are proud to announce that the Real Madrid Foundation will be hosting a series of official football clinics across South Africa in 2026, delivering world-class coaching through the Foundation’s internationally recognised training methodology.

These clinics are designed to develop young players both on and off the field, focusing on technical excellence, teamwork, discipline and personal growth, all under the guidance of certified coaches.

Johannesburg Clinic - 29 June to 3 July

Coaches

This clinic will be led by an expert Technical Director travelling from Spain exclusively for the clinic, alongside the Real Madrid Foundation South Africa Technical Director and a team of specially trained local coaches.

Daily Structure (3 Hours)

Each 3-hour session is structured to maximize player development through a dynamic, experiential approach:

Main Training Session (90–120 minutes):

Players develop motor skills, ball control, passing, dribbling, and tactical awareness through engaging on-pitch activities.

Competitive Activities & Real-Game Situations:

Players take part in competitive drills and match scenarios designed to apply skills in real-game situations while improving decision-making and game understanding.

Schedule and Age Groups

To ensure focused attention and appropriate guidance, the clinic is divided into two distinct daily sessions:

Morning Session (09:00 - 12:00): Designed for players aged 6 to 11 years old.
Afternoon Session (14:00 - 17:00): Designed for players aged 12 to 18 years old.

The Purpose: This strategic split allows us to be highly specific. By dividing groups by age and experience level, we can provide a professional, high-quality, and tailored training environment where every single player can thrive.
